Wandering Flat Rock

You’ll find Flat Rock on the doorstep to Hendersonville ~ a beautifully etched community with Charleston roots along Route 225.

Step into The Gallery at Flat Rock (11 am – 5 pm, Tues – Sat at 2702A Greenville Hwy, 828-698-7000), for brilliantly curated paintings, fabric and wearable art, and pottery by regional makers.

Nearby, Firefly Gallery (2689 Greenville Hwy) showcases handmade crafts and gifts, including the work of dozens of mountain artists, ranging from hand blown glass to teapots (11 am – 5 pm, Tues – Sat, 828-231-0764).

Discover Melinda Lawton’s Sweet Magnolia Gallery, arranged in a charming yellow-sided cottage, at the edge of Hendersonville (1406 Greenville Hwy). Each of Melinda’s jewelry designs is a one-of-a-kind piece. (Open by appointment, 828-697-2212).
