Western North Carolina Art and Craft Showcase

The North Carolina Museum of Art hosts its first art and craft showcase, focused on the diverse talents of Western NC artists. Featuring ceramics, textiles, woodwork, jewelry, prints, and more, the showcase highlights the depth and diversity of North Carolina’s creative community.

This event is in association with the exhibition “Knowing the West,” which embraces and reexamines perceptions of the American West to create a more inclusive and complex dialogue. The showcase takes place on a community day, with free entry to the exhibition.

In partnership with the Blue Ridge National Heritage Area, several Blue Ridge Craft Trails artists will be part of the event.
