Painting Workshop to Benefit the Mitford Museum

JOIN JAN AND HER DEAR FRIEND, acclaimed artist Nancy Bass, for a special day of painting that will make you feel like a pro!
Artist Nancy Bass, whose popular animal paintings are in private collections around the country, created art for our Mitford Christmas ornaments, placemats, mugs, and throw pillows.
In her class, she will provide each student a prepared panel with a drawing of their pet along with all the supplies needed for the class. Participants will learn the techniques of oil painting and create a finished painting of a beloved pet.
The class is limited to 10 students and the registration fee of $325 includes your prepared panel, supplies, instruction, a box lunch, and admission to The Mitford Museum. Plus, Jan will be hanging out with Nancy and her students throughout the day.
Nancy is donating the proceeds to The Mitford Museum to support our focus on literacy as well as creative and economic opportunities for young people.
