Some truly distinguished and exquisite work spill across this King Street gallery space, the oldest cooperative art collective in Boone, born in 1975.
Hands Gallery came into being with the intention of providing a place of support and sharing between artists, creating not only business partnerships, but enduring friendships.
Each artist exhibits his or her work at the gallery. Since members are in charge, you’re likely to meet one of the artist/owners should you drop by and perhaps witness a new work coming to life while you’re chatting about the bears and approaching weather at Grandfather Mountain. In either case, your presence makes the whole endeavor totally worthwhile.
