Join us for a three-day celebration of National Quilt Day at the Folk Art Center!
The event begins with a special two-day quilt exhibit, Quilts with American Spirit (Thursday & Friday), featuring approximately 25 antique, vintage, and contemporary quilts displayed in the front half of the auditorium. Many of the works reflect patriotic themes through color, pattern, and historical context, offering a visual connection to moments in American history and domestic life.
Throughout the weekend, meet longtime Guild member and quilting expert Connie Brown, who will share her knowledge and passion for this enduring art form.
Come celebrate the rich quilting tradition of our region. Admission is free, and all are welcome!
