Henderson County Open Studio Tour

Once a year in Henderson County, artists swing open their doors and invite the public behind the scenes of the creation process. You’ll meet the artists; find special buys; and see live demonstrations, all while touring this scenic Blue Ridge community.

More than 60 artists in 40 fine art and fine craft studios make the Open Studio Tour the “biggest party in Henderson County” each year. Look for artists working in ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, sculpture, photography and wood. Artists retain 100% of proceeds from sales made during the event.

This “art scavenger hunt” is held the third weekend in September annually. Studios are open from 10 am – 5 pm Saturday and Sunday.

The tour map and artist information can be found online at hcost.org or at an official tour information location.
