The Blue Ridge National Heritage Area, in support of its program, the Blue Ridge Music Trails of NC (BRMT,) is offering social media marketing training to BRMT venues, event organizers, and musicians. The workshops will teach participants how to use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube to reach more fans of traditional music.
The social media workshops will be offered at four locations in Western North Carolina:
- Thursday, March 10, 1 to 4 pm – Cherokee
- Wednesday, March 16, 10 am to 1 pm – Valdese
- Thursday, March 17, 1 to 4 pm – Mount Airy
- Saturday, April 16, 11 am to 2 pm – Asheville
