Pink Beds Bioblitz

Pink Beds Bioblitz at the Cradle of Forestry, Free, 9:30-11:00 am.  This event is dedicated to identifying as many species of flora and fauna in a designated amount of time in a defined area. It’s up to you on what we find.  The Pink Beds valley near Asheville, N.C. is part of the Cradle’s 6,500-acre property and home to many species of plants and animals. The Pink Beds BioBlitz promotes outdoor educational opportunities for western North Carolina schools and all ages of the public in a fun, outdoor environment. This is a free event highlighting community involvement, education and science.
