Music on Main Street Concert Series Features the Marsha Morgan Band

The Music on Main Street concert series features the Marsha Morgan Band.  Marsha was born in Asheville North Carolina where she began singing in church. She performed in “We Are the World” with Michael Jackson at the direction of Quincy Jones which led to a performance on the American Music Awards show in Los Angeles.

 The family-friendly event offers concessions such as hot dogs, ice cream, pretzels and lemonade for sale.

Bring a chair and sit back, relax and enjoy the music from 7pm-9pm. Seating area opens after 5:30pm; early admission is prohibited. Please leave your pets comfortably at home. Admission is free. Alcoholic beverages, backpacks & coolers are prohibited. The concerts are held at the Visitor Center, 201 South Main Street, in downtown Hendersonville.

The Classic Car Show is held in conjunction with Music on Main Street and is happening at the same time as the concert. A variety of vintage cars will be on display at the event. The car show is located in front of the Visitor Center between Barnwell and Caswell Streets, which will be closed to traffic. The car shows are coordinated by the Carolina Mountain Car Club.

In case of inclement weather, the concert will be postponed until 8 pm; if the weather does not improve by 8 pm the performance will be canceled.
