Saluda Train Tales

September 21, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

FREE
Come enjoy a conversation with Cindy Stephenson Tuttle, great granddaughter of Otho Brownlow Garren, a prolific and creative photographer and building contractor during Saluda’s early days. Cindy will share her collection of OB’s photographs and will delight the audience with stories passed down to her through oral history and research. Also, included will be images and interesting facts about many of the homes built by OB Garren in Saluda.
Saluda Train Tales is a free monthly event to educate the community about the importance of Saluda’s railroad history and the Saluda Grade.
