Rails & Rhythms Bluegrass Night

We are excited to help kick off the annual Trails and Trains Festival on Friday night with Rails & Rhythms Bluegrass Night– an evening to come together, support local businesses, share resources, and recognize the amazing strength of our community while listening to award-winning local musicians.
Zoe and Cloyd, Darren Nicolson, and a special WNC All-Star Band featuring Buddy Melton, Shawn Lane, and surprise guests headline this FREE event. Bring your own chair, grab dinner at one of our downtown restaurants, and join us for a night of live music for the whole family.

Blue Ridge National Heritage sponsors this concert in partnership with the Jazz Foundation of America, and McDowell community members provide additional support. Destination McDowell hosts the Trails and Trains Festival.
