Puckertoe Moccasin Workshop

Learn to make your own puckertoe moccasins at Museum of the Cherokee People!

In this four-part workshop held on April 11, 18, & 25 and May 2, Kim Wildcatt (Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians) and Evan Mathis will provide hands-on instruction for creating your very own custom pair of mocs from start to finish.

Space is limited, and registration is required via online form. A $50 registration fee covers all supplies needed to make your mocs. Registration opens this Friday, March 28.

The workshop registration link will be posted on Museum of the Cherokee People’s Facebook and Instagram accounts and distributed via our email newsletter on Friday, March 28 at 3pm EST. Set an alarm or turn on notifications for our social media pages to receive an alert!

This opportunity is open to enrolled members of federally recognized Tribes. Please contact programs@motcp.org with any questions.
