The annual Mother’s Day Gem show sponsored by Franklin’s Gem and Mineral Museum has run for over 50 years. Each year rockhounds from all across the United States descend on Franklin for gem & mineral shows. These shows feature everything from fine jewelry to rough and cut gems & minerals, fossils, lapidary equipment and more. This year we are adding artisans, fine jewelry, Incredible finds, minerals from around the country.
Win prizes too: A set of earrings & a necklace as a grand prize! and hourly prizes for each day.
Hours: Friday & Saturday (May 9 & 10) 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sunday (May 11) 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Admission: $3 for adults, $2 Seniors, children 16 & under free. Watch for $1 off coupons in local newspapers, at restaurants and at the Franklin Chamber of Commerce.
