All artistic expression is allowed in this ceramics studio where people come and create their art freely. All ages and levels are welcome.
Wild Child Ceramics specializes in ceramic Christmas trees typically cast from the original vintage plaster molds. They offer both finished as well as bisque items that customers can finish themselves at home or complete in one of their regularly scheduled classes. They also offer more than 20 sizes and styles of ceramic bisque Christmas trees as well as numerous other ceramic items, supplies, and materials. A separate facility close by in Fancy Gap, VA serves as a production space, instruction space, and display space for the “World Famous Ceramic Tree Museum” with over 150 ceramic Christmas trees on display year around. Scot Mauldin, shop manager, is an award-winning artist with over 20 years of experience in the ceramics industry. Wild Child Ceramics also offers private parties that can be scheduled at any time.
